Hiya gang! My name is sinatra(h) (yes, lowercase 's') but I'm also known as skin and sometimes Frankie. I'm a silly lil guy who occasionally does silly lil things :3.

I am very big on taking care of my mind, spirit, and inner freak. Maintaining my mental state is at the core of everything I do, I think it's important to allow myself to feel things fully, even the not so fun heavy stuff, and to meet myself there with curiosity instead of judgment.

I take (on average per week) two medium/kinda high doses of Nixon's favorite silly mind juice: lysergic acid diethylamide :p. As a result of this "addiction" (fuck you Jerry), I get an increased amount of creativity that I channel mostly through writing poems, hence why the journal exists :3
